Hi there,
We are facing performances issues when we receive multiple massive emails.
We have 65 000 student mailboxes and we often receive massive information email that have to be delivered to all the student's mailboxes. The underlying storage gets overloaded when we receive multiple of these emails at once.
I'm looking for informations about "Throttle concurrent connections based on messaging database health" described here : https://technet.microsoft.com/en-US/library/bb232205(v=exchg.150).aspx
I'm not quite sure about how this is supposed to work, and I found little informations about it.
What I'm looking for is throttle the transport/delivery of these emails based on storage latency.
Any hints ?
Thanks
