I just setup exchange server 2013 with windows server 2012.
I found that there is a very long time delayed in receiving email. Here is one of the message details for the delayed mail.

I found that the external mail arrived to my exchange server in a very short time gap but there is a very long time delay inside the exchange server (almost 2hrs). I am wondering if anything i can do with my exchange server.
Here are some additional information that for my mail flow setting
lets say
i am using the ad account as administrator
my ad domain : ad.domain.com
accepted domain : externalmail.com
mail policy that apply to administrator : administrator@externalmail.com, administrator@ad.domain.com
Would somebody please help :)
