adding a new cas server to the existing infrastructure, powershell commands do not work

In my server infrastructure was that combined role (cas,mb) Exchanga 2013.

 I adding a new cas exchanga 2013 server to the existing infrastructure, some powershell commands do not work the new cas server.

there are no errors, the command just hangs:

Get-OutlookAnywhere

Get-WebServicesVirtualDirectory

errors in the event log is not
