Exchange sever 2013 : Tool Box -- > MMC Snap-in is not loaded .

Hello all,

I have installed Exchange 2013 (CAS Role + Mail box) on a Windows 2008 R2 server. All the requirements where passed.

After installation I worked fopr 2 days . but i don't know why this error occurred , I am unable to start the Exchange Toolbox. It gives the following error:
