In a Hybrid environment on exchange 2007/2010/2013, I am not able to access the admin console of exchange 2013 server using administrator account of previous versions

Hi Exchange Experts,

I am facing a strange problem with my exchange environment, in my organization we have exchange 2007 /2010 /2013 servers.

the built-in administrator account I will use to access all the mailboxes across the 2007 /2010 servers.

but by using same administrator account I am not able to access /at least manage exchange 2013 admin console.

whereas exchange 2013 users in between works fine, I am not able to work in mixed mode.

can someone help me in troubleshooting, or am I missing some configurations?
