Search mailbox using key word

New to Exchange 2013.  Company needs to run a keyword search on multiple of users mailboxes.  Found "How to" on this with Exchange 2010, but can't find anything on Exchange 2013.  Is this feature still available or it can only be done thru Powershell?

Any recommendation of 3rd party tools that performs such task?
