Failed to open mailbox in outlook 2010 even if user has full permisson of Mailbox in Exchange 2013

hi,

Recently we migrated from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013. Even though user have a full access of mailbox still failed to open that mailbox in outlook 2010 and getting below error message.

But if i add mailbox manually via Control Panel-> mail>Account settings-> more settings-> advanced->Add than its works and can see that mailbox in outlook along with other mailbox.

Any idea......
