Hi,
I'd like to assign the email address of a departed user to his manager's mailbox.
If I delete that user from the Active Users in the Office 365
portal (see attached), the license will be freed up and will I be able to assign his SMTP to another mailbox immediately? Do I need to wait for some time from that delete transaction to propagate and take effect?
Please advise.
