We have a setup of Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2013 co-existence. Exchange 2013 is a brand new setup. When I tried to create a user in EAC is throwing the following error
Active Directory operation failed on xxxxx. This error is not retriable. Additional information: Insufficient access rights to perform the operation. Active directory response: 00002098: SecErr: DSID-03150BB9, problem 4003 (INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS), data 0
I have a Exchange org admin permission and organization management permission.
The user has inheritable permission and Exchange is the member of exchange trusted subsystem.
Not sure what is missing. Need your help on the same.
