Is it possible to edit Outlook contacts (My contacts) with powershell from Exchange

I have work with Exchange for many years, but now I have this little odd question:

Is it possible to add or remove items from users "My Contacts" (in Outlook) from Exchange with PowerShell ?

I know that it's possible with VBA, on the local client, but that's not an option in my case
