A report to determine emails older than

Hello,

We are about to revisit implementing an email retention policy.  Prior to this, we would like to run reports determining emails older than 10 years, 9 years, 8 years, etc...

I'm sure that the Exchange powershell script has been developed by someone, and I'm just having a hard time finding the right script.

Suggestions?

Also, is there a way to enable the Exchange retention policy to report on what items have been deleted from the mailboxes?
