Tracking events in Outlook

Hi Pros,

i wonder if it is possible to determine if or when an email was opened in the outlook client by analysing the exchange2010/2013 server database or eventlog.

So the question is, which event is the last one tracked by the exchange server?

Does the tracking end when the email is submitted to the outlook client?

Of course I am not talking about emails with reading confirmation.
