RPC over HTTP in Exchange Server 2013

Hello,

I am configuring the Barracuda Email Archieve with Exchange server 2013 but I was told that I need to get the RPC over Http enable and working properly. I run the test by using https://testconnectivity.com and it failed. How do I configure and enable the RPC over http?
