Orphaned Exchange Server

My domain controller's hard drive started getting reader errors that prevented it from booting, and before I could get a DR plan in place (domain has been up for about a week).  I have rebuilt my domain controller, but now I'm stuck with an orphaned Exchange 2010 server.  I have rejoined the server to the domain and have tried running setup.com /m:RecoverServer as per the suggestion from another article I read, but I continue to get the following error:

D:\>setup.com /m:RecoverServer

Welcome to Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Unattended Setup

Preparing Exchange Setup

    Copying Setup Files                           COMPLETED

The following server roles will be recovered
Languages
Management Tools
Server is not found in Active Directory. Server must be present in Active
 Directory to recover.
The following server roles are already installed: BridgeheadRole,
 ClientAccessRole, MailboxRole, AdminToolsRole.

Exchange Server setup encountered an error.

Prior to rejoining the domain I made sure there wasn't a computer object, and saw the object get created when I rejoined.  I'm also logged into the server as the domain admin.  I have extended the schema to include the Exchange objects as well as /preparead.  What am I forgetting here, or not doing right?

Thanks.
