Extracting email address from all mailbox in Exchange 2010

Dear Team,

I've requirement where i need to pull all the email addresses from all user mailbox accounts in exchange 2010. I need all email addresses to which we've send emails to/Communicated with and all received email addresses. Is there any script or Power Shell command to extract email addresses from all mailboxes in our domain(Send and Receive)
