Hi All,
I am hoping someone can assist me with this, I have 3 Exchange server 2 of them are in a DAG and the 3rd on is an archive.
These servers are all running Exchange 2013 CU6, the issue that I am having is that I cannot get the Online Archive to open on any users Outlook. I have been trying to find any reason why this is happening, there was an article about this same issue on the
support site (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2992644) however I have run the hotfix on a few PC's and am still having the same issue. The issue is that in Outlook the users Archive will not expand, however
if you log into the users OWA you can expand the folders and access the archive.
I am looking at upgrading to Exchange SP1 I am however not sure this will solve the issue, I just can't expect my users to access their archive through the OWA and need to resolve the issue. Everything from the Outlook Anywhere side appears to be running 100% I have access without any issues to the mailbox, public folders and resource rooms. I also have no errors in my event logs and all the server appear to be running flawlessly.
Any suggestions would be great I cannot find any info on the web that matches my issue.
