Auto reply for a Mailbox, that certain users can use, Exchange 2007

Hi, I am trying to get a auto-reply to a mailbox that a few users have access to.

I have tried the following on my own outlook and that works. But the company who I am doing IT support for, the same rule does not work.

If you use Outlook rule to auto-reply to all messages using a template, you also need to configure remote domains: go to EMC->Organization Configuration->Hub Transport->Remote Domains->right click Default>click Properties->select ‘Allow automatic replies’->Apply.

I have then created a server rule from the outlook, and then sent a test email and that does not work.

How do we get an auto response on a mailbox, so that when a user sends an email, they get a response saying that they have got the email.

Exchange 2007, Outlook 2007
