Remove Mailbox Database Exchange 2010 sp2 RU4

I cannot remove a database from Exchange 2010 Sp2, I moved all mailboxes, including those of Arbitration, if I run the command remove-mailboxdatabase DB11 gets me off the following message:

I try to run the command Get-MailboxImportRequest |? {$ _.RequestQueue-Eq "DB11"} and does not come out any result.
