I'm in the process of deploying ARR for external OWA/OA access and I believe this is an exchange issue:
While configuring Autodiscover, the HealthCheck.htm is not accessible on one of my 3 Exchange 2013 CU3 servers for whatever reason.
I get "Cannot connect to the server. The HTTP status code is 0 and the error code is 80072EFE." when doing the "Verify URL Test. I'm also not able to browse https://<servername>/Autodiscover/HealthCheck.htm on that server. The other 2 servers are working fine returning the correct HTTP 200 status.
Does anyone have an approach how to trouble shoot the HealthCheck URLs? They are part of Exchange 2013 Managed Availability and I wasn't able to find them in the physical autodiscover folders on either the working and not working servers.
