EMC Error only impact in one user

Hi all,

i have a case

i had admin user run EMC at CAS Server. that EMC display error like this bellow

but, i still can acces the EMS, and then when I try to conncect to other user EMC can Open

i try this solution,http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8017164/exchange-management-console-connecting-to-the-wrong-server but no effect, i recreate the profile, still no effect. 

please help me troubleshoot this case :)

 is there any specific event viewer id that indicates this error?
